three ingredient cacao balls

1 cup walnuts
1 cup Medjool dates
2 tablespoons raw cacao (powdered or cacao nibs, or unsweetened cocoa powder)
Place walnuts in a food processor and blend until they have a crumbly texture. Add the dates and cacao and blend again.
Roll mixture into 1-inch balls with your hands (use a melon baller if you have) and they’re ready to eat.
Store in a sealed container at room temp or keep in the refrigerator

Roll balls in cacao powder for a fancy touch
Pre portion the balls out to only eat a few at a time
Add dried fruit, seeds, nuts, cayenne or other spices to kick it up
